Yes. When you subscribe, your VA (team) is carefully selected based on your needs and requirements. You'll always work with the same Virtual Assistant (or team of VAs), under the responsibility of our consultant. You can also switch VAs. If your regular VA is sick or goes on vacation, a replacement will be arranged, and we'll notify you.
Yes, of course! We have a one-month notice period. In some cases, it may not be the perfect fit.
No, we don't give our Virtual Assistants access to make payments with our clients' corporate debit cards.
We log our time by the minute, unlike some professional services providers who work in 10- or 15-minute blocks. Our Virtual Assistants meticulously track their time and log all time spent working for you in our time tracking system. This includes time spent on WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and online meetings.
No, hours cannot be carried over to the next month. Our Virtual Assistants reserve the hours of your monthly subscription, which gives them certainty about their income and you about their availability.
There's an exception to the fixed monthly subscription charge if you're on vacation for two or more consecutive weeks. In that case, we only invoice the hours worked by your Virtual Assistant in that specific month.
